With a penchant for obsolete aesthetics and the undeniability of film grain, Drew has embraced the suburban-bohemian lifestyle that only a neo-hipster with a minor weight problem can fully attain. In judging/viewing his work, he asks that you only do one thing: do not take it seriously. Therein lies the fundamental tenet (i.e. the magic) of his artwork, aside from the gloriously manicured narcissism. However, if the occasion should arise, you'll know when to take his work srsly.
Drew calls Nashville home... proudly. Not as in "I drive a big ole truck with rebel flags" proud, but in a "this place seems to be weird enough, yet manageable, so I think I'll hang around and see what happens" kind of way. He happily lets the kitschiness of Nashville frame most of his work, yet he is more than willing to change things up a bit by shooting outside of Nashville. He's not too great at verbal communication, so he would prefer you contact him in written form, but he would gladly accept calls from attractive women.
